We're building

Alcohol to jet SAF refinery:
Contracts exchanged

We have exchanged contracts with a leading biofuel investment fund and the world's leading carbon recycling company to complete the development of a SAF refinery in Ghent, Belgium. For feedstock, the refinery will use bioethanol as sourced from industrially produced carbon emissions. Construction will start in Q2 2025 with SAF offtakes available from Q2 2028. We are contracted to sell twenty years worth of SAF offtakes, with a gross contract value of $12,000,000,000.

Carbon to ethanol bioreactors:
European locations required

We are sourcing the ideal energy intensive industrial partners to provide carbon rich emission flows and adjacent land with which to construct five carbon to ethanol bioreactors. The resultant bioreactors will feed from carbon emissions as emitted from industrial partners and convert them into ethanol. This ethanol will be used as feedstock for industrial SAF production and essential biofuel distillates.

Alcohol to jet SAF refinery:
UK location required

We are actively sourcing the optimal UK location for a 100,000,000 gallon per annum SAF refinery. The plant will utilise bioethanol as sourced from industrial carbon emissions for feedstock. DevCo funding is secured and the project will be managed by the world's leading carbon recycling company and their SAF subsidiary.

Alcohol to jet SAF refineries:
European locations required

We are currently sourcing fifteen optimal locations for alcohol to jet SAF refineries within the UK, Europe, Singapore and Japan. The resultant SAF refineries have been commissioned and subject to due diligence, the funds are available for DevCo and post FID funding. The SAF refineries will use bioethanol as feedstock which will be produced from carbon emissions that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere or sequestered underground.
